You found the home. Closing it in Chile is a different job.
Finding a listing is the easy half. Then comes the part that runs in Spanish: convincing a broker that a foreign tenant is safe, knowing whether the asking terms are normal or inflated, verifying that the person renting you the property actually owns it (and is legally allowed to lease it), and signing a lease written to protect the other side. We have been negotiating rentals for expats since 2016, anywhere in Chile, entirely remotely. You send us the property details and the realtor/owner contact. We prepare an offer, validate it with you and present it, verify the the owner, and review the lease so you can sign with confidence.
