What to check before signing a lease

Once you find a property, you still need to agree on the terms, verify that the person offering it is authorized to rent it, and review the lease. These discussions and documents are usually in Spanish.

We have negotiated rentals for foreign tenants since 2016, anywhere in Chile and entirely remotely. You send us the property details and the broker's or owner's contact information. We prepare and present the offer, verify the owner, and review the lease before you sign.

Where in Chile do you cover?

Anywhere. Because the service is fully remote, it works the same in Santiago, Valparaíso, Concepción, La Serena, Puerto Varas, or a small town in the south. It is the right fit when our accompanied property search, which is Santiago-based, does not apply.

Does this service include finding the property?

No. It starts when you have already identified a property and want to make an offer. If you want the search, viewings, and shortlist handled too, that is our property search service.

What if the owner rejects my profile as a foreigner?

It happens, and it is exactly why our guarantee exists: we run the same process on another property you choose, at no extra cost. We also negotiate guarantor alternatives (advance payment, rental insurance, bank or corporate guarantees) to make your profile acceptable in the first place.

Does it work for buying a property?

This service covers rentals only. If you are buying, that is our real estate purchase service, which runs the whole transaction from offer to registration.
