Then comes the part that runs in Spanish: convincing a broker that a foreign tenant is safe, knowing whether the asking terms are normal or inflated, verifying that the person renting you the property actually owns it (and is legally allowed to lease it), and signing a lease written to protect the other side. Where in Chile do you cover?

Anywhere. Because the service is fully remote, it works the same in Santiago, Valparaíso, Concepción, La Serena, Puerto Varas, or a small town in the south. It is the right fit when our accompanied property search, which is Santiago-based, does not apply.

Does this service include finding the property?

No. It starts when you have already identified a property and want to make an offer. If you want the search, viewings, and shortlist handled too, that is our property search service.

What if the owner rejects my profile as a foreigner?

It happens, and it is exactly why our guarantee exists: we run the same process on another property you choose, at no extra cost. We also negotiate guarantor alternatives (advance payment, rental insurance, bank or corporate guarantees) to make your profile acceptable in the first place.

Does it work for buying a property?
