The area "Manquehue/Parque Araucano" is a mix of residential and commercial buildings. Living here, you are close from Manquehue station and from one of the biggest shopping areas of Santiago. Furthermore, the area has one of the biggest parks in Santiago.
Buildings in this area are more recent than in El Golf or Escuela Military areas. Therefore, for the price of a flat in Golf or Escuela Military, you can find a better quality/more recent flat, and probably a little bit bigger too.
