What mobile network and internet providers do you work with?

We work with all major Chilean providers (Movistar, Claro, Entel, WOM) for mobile services, and internet providers like VTR, Movistar, and GTD. We recommend the best option based on your location, usage needs, and budget requirements.

Are the utility connections guaranteed to work on our move-in date?

We coordinate with utility companies to ensure services are active when you arrive. However, final activation sometimes depends on building management and technical factors beyond our control. We handle all complications and provide backup solutions if needed.

What if we need additional power adapters or technical equipment?

The package includes 3 power socket adapters, but we can provide more if needed. We also help source other technical equipment like voltage converters, cable adapters, or specific electronics you might need for your devices.
