Where it all comes together

   We are considering a nanny in Chile. However we have heard a few nightmares regarding theft and even cases of mistreatment of children. Any suggestions on how to proceed with looking for a nanny when we do not know people in Santiago? Any help would be great since we have 3 children... 8, 3 and 1.
